The challenge
Bio-mining contractors needed defensible, repeatable waste-volume numbers across dispersed sites for monthly billing and regulatory reporting — something ground survey could not deliver safely or on schedule.
Our approach
We flew PPK drone missions over each stockpile on a fixed monthly cadence, anchored to ground control points observed with CHC i70 GNSS, and processed surfaces in Agisoft Metashape and Global Mapper.
The outcome
Consistent, audit-ready volumetric reports delivered every cycle, with surface-differencing to show month-on-month progress across all five cities.
