Mountain-terrain land survey by drone
Survey-grade topographic mapping of a steep, densely vegetated hill estate where conventional ground crews could not work safely or accurately.
The challenge
Steep gradients and dense vegetation made total-station survey slow and unsafe, while the owner needed accurate contours and feature data for planning.

A PPK photogrammetry workflow at low AGL captured the terrain with minimal ground control, validated against total-station check points in accessible zones.

A full contour map, orthomosaic and feature layout delivered in CAD — accurate terrain data the owner could plan against without a single risky climb.
