Why this survey matters
A plotting layout drawn on an assumed flat plot fails on site rather than on paper. Road gradients turn out too steep for vehicles, drainage runs the wrong way, and the cut-and-fill nobody priced appears as a bill after excavation has started. Designing to measured levels moves all of that to the drawing stage, where changing it costs nothing.
The 3D model and walkthrough are built from the same approved drawings rather than a studio's interpretation of a PDF, so the slope and plot arrangement a buyer sees on your marketing is the one that gets built.
