L-Sections, Cross-Sections आणि सरकारी contractors साठी Road Design
Road, drainage आणि stormwater lines बांधणाऱ्या contractors साठी survey हाच फायदा किंवा तोटा ठरवतो. स्वच्छ L-section आणि cross-sections तुम्हाला नेमकी किती माती हलवायची, levels कशी असावीत आणि कामाचे billing कसे करायचे हे सांगतात. L-section आणि cross-sections म्हणजे काय
प्रत्येक road किंवा drain दोन दिशांनी वर्णन केला जातो.
- Longitudinal section (L-section) centreline च्या बरोबरीने जातो. तो प्रत्येक chainage वर जमिनीचा reduced level (RL) दाखवतो — chainage म्हणजे सुरुवातीच्या बिंदूपासून मोजलेले चालू अंतर (०+०००, ०+०२०, ०+०४० असे). यातून कामाच्या लांबीभर जमीन कशी चढते-उतरते हे कळते.
- Cross-section प्रत्येक chainage वर alignment ला आडवा छेदतो. तो centre वर आणि डाव्या-उजव्या offsets वर levels नोंदवतो, म्हणजे एका कडेपासून दुसऱ्या कडेपर्यंत जमिनीचा आकार समजतो.

हे road design ला कसे feed होते
अस्तित्वातील जमीन टिपल्यावर, तिच्यावर design levels ठरवले जातात.
- Levels आणि gradient — L-section वापरून finished road level आणि सुरळीत gradient ठरवला जातो, जेणेकरून पाणी वाहून जाते व वाहने आरामात चालतात.
- Camber — cross-sections मध्ये camber असते (मध्यभागापासून कडेपर्यंतचा उतार) जो carriageway वरून पावसाचे पाणी घालवतो.
- Drainage आणि stormwater — drain किंवा stormwater line साठी L-section invert levels आणि fall ठरवतो, जेणेकरून line संपूर्ण मार्गभर पाणी न साचता वाहते.
प्रत्येक chainage वर अस्तित्वातील जमीन आणि design level यांतील फरक हाच earthwork चा आधार असतो.
Earthwork आणि cut-and-fill quantities
Tender आणि running bill याच गोष्टीवर अवलंबून असतात.

प्रत्येक cross-section वर अस्तित्वातील आणि design levels यांची तुलना करून आणि chainages मधील अंतराने गुणून, आम्ही section-by-section cut-and-fill quantities काढतो. अचूक cross-sections म्हणजे तुमच्या tender मधील earthwork quantity प्रत्यक्ष हलवलेल्या मातीशी जुळते — यामुळे तुमचा rate आणि final billing सुरक्षित राहते.

- Chainage-wise level sheets — प्रत्येक chainage, centre व offsets वरील RLs, तपासायला तयार.
- L-section आणि cross-section CAD drawings — design साठी व department च्या records साठी स्वच्छ drawings.
- Quantity statements — tender व billing साठी chainage-नुसार काढलेले cut, fill आणि net earthwork.
आम्ही ते कसे टिपतो
आम्ही DGPS ने centimetre accuracy ने control ठरवतो, मग Total Station ने alignment चालवतो आणि प्रत्येक chainage वर centre व offset levels घेतो. लांब किंवा मोकळ्या corridors साठी आम्ही drone/UAV coverage जोडू शकतो. Field data CAD मध्ये process करून तुमच्या tender व department ला हव्या त्या format मध्ये L-section, cross-sections आणि quantity statements तयार होतात.
