Construction staking मुळे तुमचा project approved drawings आणि levels नुसार नेमका बांधला जातो. Foundations, columns, roads आणि utilities साठी आम्ही reference points, centerlines, boundaries, grid points आणि elevations चिन्हांकित करतो. आमचे अचूक setting-out site वरील errors, rework आणि delays कमी करते.
हे सर्वेक्षण का महत्त्वाचे
कागदावरचे design जमिनीवर योग्यरीत्या marked होईपर्यंत त्याला अर्थ नाही. Construction staking — setting out — तुमचे मंजूर drawing प्रत्यक्ष site वर उतरवते: प्रत्येक corner, column व level नेमक्या जागी.
हे चुकले तर इमारत सरकलेली, फिरलेली किंवा setback रेषेबाहेर जाऊ शकते — concrete ओतल्यावर महागड्या किंवा दुरुस्त न होणाऱ्या चुका. अचूक setting out बांधकाम मंजूर plan नुसार ठेवते.
